Sinamay ribbon, organza, feathers – goose and ostrich, ribbons.

Where do you get these items from?
They are all handmade in China.

What do I do if my fascinator arrives damaged?
Contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged good and do not remove the tag. Follow the returns instructions and as soon as we have received it back, and we agree with you, then we will ship another to you free of charge.

How long will I have to let you know?
You must do it immediately within 2 days of delivery

What will happen then?
We will exchange your fascinator for another one, as soon as we have received the damaged goods back and we agree with you. If none are in stock, you can exchange for another product subject to any extra costs or refunding a lower amount.Shipping costs cannot be refunded though.

How are the fascinators packed to prevent any damage occurring during shipping?
They are packed in firm, made to measure, mailing boxes along with tissue paper and shred for extra protection.

How long does it take to re-stock your products?
Usually about 3 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Extra costs will apply.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
2-7 days within the USA. Up to 14 days internationally. We can ship for faster delivery for higher costs.

Do you ship everyday?
Orders can be taken everyday and shipped every working day.

What types of payment are acceptable?
Credit cards are the easiest way to pay but we will accept a bankers draft too but this will take longer for the funds to be presented clear before shipping.
