Returns/Exchanges
We want you to love your new Fascinator, but if something isn't right, we’re happy to accept returns. Simply contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order and mail the Fascinator back to us within 7 days. We will gladly replace it or refund your money.
* All returned Fascinators must include the invoice/packing slip and original style/price tag attached.
* Returns received after 7 days of notifying The New York Fascinator Company or worn merchandise will not be accepted.
Please note:
A Fascinator that is removed from its original packaging cannot be returned. We can only accept returns or exchanges with the original tags attached.For returns: Place the Fascinator in a box with the original invoice/packing slip, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. We will contact you regarding your refund or exchange promptly. Any damaged good will be replaced by the same product only, subject to availability. Shipping costs are never refunded.
For exchanges: Include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We will contact you regarding your refund or exchange promptly.
